Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy  Effective March 22, 2024

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. Cancellations and reschedules can easily be made on the KKBB Mobile App, by logging into your account online www.kkbbsalon.com or by calling any KKBB location.

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 6 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.
• In the event you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we can not guarantee the accommodation of your service. In this case the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
• We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

Redo Policy  

We want each and every guest to love their end result, and take pride in customer satisfaction. In the event you are not happy with your end result, please contact us within 7 days of the original appointment. We will schedule your adjustment with your original stylist to assure your complete satisfaction. Upon request, we are happy to accomodate the adjustment with another available stylist. If you wish to see a different stylist we are happy to accommodate that request.

Product Return/Exchange Policy 

All of our Professional Products are 100% guaranteed for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase date.
